Mental health day

We talked about emotions and how we don’t bottle them up. We said if we bottle the emotion up when we’re angry it will all burst out at some point. We had a sheet to do faces of emotions. We also drew examples of how we could make ourself happy if were angry or sad. Some of the examples were, Have a sleep, Go outside to have some fresh air. Some emotions people did were, ill, sleepy, furious, joyful and upset.
